I am assuming on your drive from the dealer you were empty and that may have been the issue. On other thing to try is fill the water tank and take a test run. Last are you within your tow limit weights and how are your shocks. I wonder if the installer properly torqued the hitch down and did a correct installation. If Tarply did it you might want to give them a call.
Did Tarply set you up with the hitch, or did you have it already? GD does not approve of that particular hitch - lots of threads on that. I would find a dealer in Tucson to look at it. Or do I have those terms reversed - anyway Anderson should not have either. In addition any up and down movement (bucking) should be minimal as it locked in by the ball.
